3. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• We do not accept returns for used items, custom orders, or sale items.
• In the case of damage or defects upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
• For handmade and vintage items, returns are only accepted if the item significantly differs from the description.
