At Kaneko Coma Shoten, we ship orders from Japan. Shipping carriers and services may differ depending on the destination and parcel specifications.

Handling time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
We are closed on Wednesdays.

Delivery time and delays
Please note that delays may occur due to weather, carrier conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances. International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance; therefore, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping rates
International shipping rates vary by destination and by the total parcel size and weight. For estimated shipping fees, please refer to our Shipping Fees page. All prices are listed in Japanese yen (JPY).

Domestic shipping notice
The shipping notice shown at the top of our website (“Nationwide shipping ¥880 | Free shipping over ¥10,000”) applies only to domestic orders within Japan. If you are shopping from outside Japan, please disregard the domestic shipping banner displayed at the top of the page.

Packaging note
For some items, we assign a slightly higher shipping weight than the actual weight, to account for packaging size and shape. This helps ensure accurate shipping costs, especially for larger or irregularly shaped products like stools or trays.

Tax notice
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
